Colors: OPI My Vampire Is Buff OPI Suzi's Hungary Again! Dare To Wear Pink Lady Steps:

1. Paint the base color with My Vampire Is Buff.
2. Use a small dotting tool to make uniform dots (light pink).
3. Use the same small dotting tool to draw the hearts once the dots are dry (brighter pink).
