*Cupcake Nail Tutorial* Steps: 1. Base coat! 2. Apply the base color & wait for it the dry 3. Paint the tip of the nail 4. Use the dotting tool to make diagonal lines 5. Make connecting dots at where the colors meet 6. Fill up the icing of the cupcake 7. Draw a big dot on the top 8. Make dots or strokes on the icing 9. Now wait for all the polishes to dry to apply the top coat and you're all done!
