Can I come visit or shop in person?

Our showroom in Yorba Linda is open for in-store shopping and order pickup.

Address: 3900 Prospect Ave Unit D, Yorba Linda, CA 92886.
Hours: Monday to Friday 10am-5pm, Sat & Sun Closed. 


What if the product I want is out of stock?

Please sign up for the “Email Me When Available” notification on the sold out product page. We will send an email to let you know when the product you want is back in stock! 

What if I’m having problems using the product?

We try to provide our best support and products instructions whenever we can. If you’re having issues with any products, email us at support@dailycharme.com !


I forgot to use a promo or discount code, what do I do?

Please contact us before the promo ends. 


Do you have coupon codes or professional discounts?

We offer special discount prices for industry professionals, including nail salon owners and licensed nail technicians, please visit here to apply. 

We also have weekly and holiday discount promotions. Please sign up for our newsletter so you don’t miss any special deals. Please note, coupon codes cannot be stacked.


Which countries do you ship to?

Please visit the checkout page for the list of countries that we do ship to. If your country is not on the list, we might offer DHL Express shipping to your country at for an additional fee. If you’re interested, please contact us to place a custom order. 

Do you ship to the UK?

As of 5/24/2023, Daily Charme is offering shipping services to the UK via USPS. Shipping fee starts at $17.50 and is free on orders over $200 USD. Customer will be responsible for possible custom fees and taxes. 

 

Can you rush ship my order?

While we will do our best to ship order as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please plan ahead and contact us if you need your items sooner. If you would like expedited shipping, send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Can I cancel / add / edit my order once it has been placed?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us with your order number as soon as possible. If we have not yet packaged and/or shipped out your items, we will do our best to accommodate your change or cancellation. 


What if I entered a wrong shipping address?

Please contact us right away at support@dailycharme.com with your order number. We will not be able to update the shipping address once the order has been processed.
