Deborah Lippman Across the Universe

Deborah Lippmann's Across The Universe is a blue jelly with green & light blue glitter. The forumla is quite sheer, took three coats to get it to this color. It also did not dry as quickly as Cleopatra in New York, but overall the color is gorgeous, and very shiny!
