C21 Phoenix - Rich and warm is this deep orange cat eye gel polish with hidden holographic sparkles, resembling the phoenix constellation amongst an orange galaxy.
The Galaxy Cat Eye Charme Gel colors have great coverages to be worn on its own without a base color. Use it with a magnetic wand to create your own unique cat eye designs or without for a smooth glittery look.
PS. C21 Phoenix is also a great base color for tortoiseshell nails!
Charme Gel Polish is a 3-step gel system that offers a highly pigmented, long lasting formula. It is gentle on natural nails with quick and easy soak off removal.
Instructions:
- Apply an even coat over base or color gel, do not cure.
- Hold a Magnetic Wand or Magnetic Bar above or next to the nail to create cat eye effect. Tip: You can brush over the gel to reset the design, repeat this step until you achieve the desired look.
- Cure the gel once you achieve the desired effect.
